Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Radio Frequency (RF) and Networking Mesh Expert to design, implement, and optimize RF communication systems with a strong focus on mesh network architectures. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of RF engineering, wireless communication protocols, and mesh networking technologies to ensure seamless and reliable connectivity. This role will play a critical part in development and maintenance of scalable, high-performance, and secure network solutions to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

RF System Maintenance and Optimization:
Understanding the existing Kimbal Mesh Design and Deployment. Provide optimzation solutions and enhancement for application specific needs.
Implement self-healing, dynamic routing, and load-balancing mechanisms within mesh networks.

Challenges:

  • Understanding the existing Kimbal Mesh Infra and fine tune to meet the SLA.
  • Feature enhancements and sustenance into Kimbal Mesh
  • Lead and mentor the team.

Desired Skills

  • Around 15 Years of experience in RF engineering and wireless networking, with specific expertise in mesh network architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of wireless protocols and mesh standards.
  • Hands-on experience with networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, MPLS, and routing algorithms).
